Rates & Policies

April 1 - September 30 - $245 per night (4 night minimum)
October 1 - March 31 - $195 per night (3 night minimum)
**Cleaning fee per reservation - $160
Minimum renter age is 25. This guest must be residing at property for the duration of the stay.
No smoking in the condo or balcony. This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, vapes, and e-cigarettes, etc.
No pets allowed.
No parties. Quiet hours are 11pm to 8am to respect the comfort and privacy of neighbors (HOA rule)
No luggage carts or buggies inside the condo.
No items may be left outside the condo door per the Fire Marshall.
1 set of linens and towels are provided for all stays.
No candles, sage, or incense burning.
**Peak season is June, July, August. Only Saturday to Saturday rentals are allowed during these months**
In order to give our housekeepers optimal time to prepare the property, we cannot offer an early check-in or late check-out option.
